Things you need to know to scale through our intensive program successfully.

WinMingle Software Engineering Training Structure

1. Learning Dashboard: Access training videos, PDFs, reading materials, weekly assignments and projects.

2. Course & Project Calendar: Track all past, present, and upcoming deadlines seamlessly.

3. Private Community Platform: Connect with peers, study in a group of like minds, and interact with tech mentors.

4. Peer Learning Groups: Grouped into teams of 5 weekly to solve real software engineering problems collaboratively.

5. Live Weekend Mentorship: Live code review sessions with mentors every weekend to unblock issues.

Student Requirements

• Device: Laptop or PC (Core i3 or higher with atleast 4GB RAM, recommended 8GB RAM).

• Internet & Power: Stable internet connectivity and reliable power access for live streams.

• Commitment: Minimum of 15–20 dedicated hours per week for coursework.

• Mindset: No prior coding experience required—just commitment and consistency!

• Communication: Active WhatsApp & Email for cohort notices.

Requirements for WinMingle Certification

Every learner in our program must complete five major projects to graduate and earn their certification. Here is your hands-on roadmap to becoming a job ready developer and tech founder.

Stage 1
Projects 1 & 2

Core Programming Foundation

Designed to build your fundamentals and ensure you truly understand how software works under the hood—from basic logic to structured code execution.

Stage 2
Project 3

Full-Stack Web Application

This is where things become real. You will Build a full-stack (Complete) web application covering frontend development, backend systems, databases, APIs, deployment, and DevOps engineering with direct guidance from mentors.

Stage 3
Projects 4 & 5

Personal Capstone & Business Pitch

You will Pitch your own product idea to a technical mentor for approval. To be approved, your project must be legal, feasible, and profit-oriented! All WinMingle graduates must build a tech powered business of their own.
